Citizens Advice has closed face-to-face drop-in sessions and appointments in Cornwall in response to the national coronavirus outbreak.
Members of the public who need advice can still contact the service by texting the word ADVICE to 78866 or for debt inquiries text DEBT to 78866; calling on 03444 111444 Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 4pm; webchat via www.citizensadvice.org.uk where there is useful information on a wide range of subjects
Advice Cornwall Chief Executive, Gill Pipkin, said: ‘We’ve taken this decision to close our offices to the public in line with national guidance but we’d like to reassure people that we’ll still be offering our advice service by phone and webchat. We will keep people informed of any updates via our website and social media channels.’?
Anyone who already has an appointment with Citizens Advice will be contacted about alternative arrangements.?
