Citizens Advice Cornwall has opened a new office in Bodmin to serve the people of the town and surrounding areas.
The charity’s new facilities at the Old Library, in Lower Bore Street, include advice rooms and office space in the centre of town and was opened by the Lord Lieutenant of Cornwall, Edward Bolitho, who is also Patron of Citizens Advice Cornwall and the Mayor of Bodmin, Cllr Jeremy Cooper.
The Old Library has been developed into a community hub and includes meeting rooms, performance spaces and a café.
The new offices were due to open to the public on Thursday, January 2. Drop-in sessions – where members of the public can call-in for advice or help without an appointment – will take place every Thursday from 10am to 12pm.
