Liskeard carnival week kicked off with a walk to raise money for the Children's Hospice South West Precious Lives Appeal.
Keen walkers joined those just out for a stroll on the circular course, which began at Minions at the weekend.
On Tuesday, budding young artists added a splash of colour to the pavements along the Parade.
Prizes were handed out for the best artwork in each age group, before everyone's attention moved to Pike Street for the annual tennis ball race.
Scores of people joined in with the carnival spirit on Wednesday for the Floral Dance.
The traditional dance, which was led this year by Liskeard mayoress Janet Powell and town councillor Roger Holmes, went ahead in beautiful sunshine and generated a bucket-load of change for organisers the Liskeard Lions.
