TORPOINT Carnival will this year be held on Saturday, September 17, and will celebrate the 60th anniversary of VE/VJ Day and Trafalgar 200. The event will be held at Cambridge Field, St James Road, with stalls open at 2pm and displays in the arena. Judging of the carnival entrants will start at 3pm with entries from vehicle tableaux, various walking groups/classes and decorated pedal cycles/ skateboards.
