Proposed Forum

CALLINGTON Portreeve, Jane Black is looking to set up a new Town Forum.

If successful the Forum would work alongside other agencies in the area to take Callington through to the next decade.

The last Forum, 'Callington Action 2000' made a big difference in the town and was successful in drawing in funding for various projects.

The proposed new Town Forum would not be run by the council, but would be a completely separate group of residents working together for the good of the town.

German link

CALLINGTON Town Council have recently expressed hopes of forming a link with the German Town of Barsbüttel.
