The in-house derby at Gunnislake SC saw the B team come away with a comprehensive 6-1 Division One victory. As a result they take a major step towards the title. The B team won all three team games and then followed this with three singles victories through Jenny Edwards, Pam Southcott and Trish Monahan. The A team's consolation win came when Margaret Stidwell beat Tammy Pearce 2-1.

Tavistock Hotel entertained Bulls Head and led 2-1 after the team games, taking three singles to follow this. Singles victories went to Jean Jacob, Sue Helcoop and Val Downing, although Bulls managed to take one through Rose Dawe.

In Division Two Coryton Arms played host to Stoke Climsland and started in promising fashion, taking all three team games. They continued by winning two singles through Jane Sturgess and Lindsay Nicholls. Stoke also took two through Lynn Coumbe and Maureen Webber, but still went down 5-2.

The in-house derby at Cricket Club saw the Scorers keep up their fight for the title with a 5-2 victory. They took the team games 2-1, followed by three singles through Maureen Wyatt, Denise and Jo Hughes. The Spinners took just one when Jill Horsman beat Julia Paynter by 2-0.

In the Inter-Divisional Challenge, Callington SC gained a clean sweep victory of 7-0 over Stoke Climsland SC B, taking the tie 12-2.
