The National Trust is holding a volunteer recruitment day at Cotehele on Wednesday, January 18 from 11am to 3pm.
Cotehele volunteers help look after the house, garden, countryside and mill. At volunteer recruitment day, you’ll be able to meet some of the staff and have tea, cake and a chat about volunteering opportunities. It’s free and there’s no need to book.
This year the team is particularly looking for room guides to help welcome visitors into the house, volunteers at the mill, and sales help in the gallery and plant centre. It is also looking for help to run events and to welcome visitors onto the 117-year-old Tamar sailing barge Shamrock.
