Bakers, makers, gardeners and crafters alike are all being encouraged to take part in the Callington Autumn Show.

The date for the popular show is fast approaching on Saturday, September 17, but there is still time to plan ahead and be an exhibitor, says show secretary Margaret Lawrence.

Among the show’s many classes can be found categories for jam, sugar craft, flower arranging, sewing, cakes and home-grown fruit and vegetables.

For those whose creativity comes in the form of words or pictures, there is a poetry section as well as art of all kinds.
