Liskeard Country Market (formerly the WI Market) offers two more opportunities to purchase locally produced goods before Christmas. This morning (Fri 10) between 8.30am and 11.30am in the Long Room in the Public Hall there is a colourful display of festive fare of foliage, needlework, and knitwear, cards, and craftwork. Next Friday (Dec 17) members will provide musical entertainment with donations going to Macmillan Nurses. There will be no market on Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, but hopefully there will be eggs for sale at the market on January 7.
