The third phase of construction has started at a large scale development in Liskeard. 

Building work is in full swing at Persimmon Homes Cornwall’s new development on Callington Road, known as Trevethan Meadows. 

Persimmon has already built 122 houses at the site and has now begun work on phase three of the project, which will consist of a further 99 properties. 

When complete, the scheme will consist of approximately 450 properties.
