The company that oversees many of Cornwall Council’s commercial functions has a new caretaker leader.

Following the departure of Tony Barnett as group managing director of CORSERV last year, Cornwall Council’s chief operating officer has been appointed to the role until the end of the year while the council searches for a permanent replacement.

Some internal changes will take place at the Council to provide cover while she is on secondment.
