Rob and Lucy Brewer, managers of The Rashleigh Arms at Charlestown, have been named among six finalists in this year’s Licensee of the Year Awards. The awards are organised by The British Institute of Innkeeping (BII). The couple have been running the four-star inn for the past nine years.
