ONCE again Torpoint Infant School has been collecting boxes of goodies for this year's campaign which is run by the Mustard Seed Relief Mission. The school was joined by many local groups and organisations including HMS Raleigh Sea Cadets, Crafthole WI, Torpoint Community School, Millbrook Methodist Church, Brixto St Mary's and Mothers Prayer Group, who all brought along boxes to the school. More than 280 boxes were collected, which was more than last year. These boxes will be going to the Ukraine and Croatia, but also to Iraq where they will provide some much needed relief and a little bit of happiness to children who really need it.
