The second leg of this keenly contested tie saw a dour battle with neither side prepared to give the other any room to play.
The home side reduced the arrears to one goal after 10 minutes from a free kick just outside the box and Barrett found the target with a well-hit shot. Tempers flared from time to time and chances were created but neither side could capitalise.
Shortly after the second half had started, a fluent move by Dobwalls found Glen Toms on the edge of the box, he picked his spot and stroked the ball home giving the keeper no chance. The home side threw everything at Dobwalls in an effort to salvage something from the game and but they were caught on the break with ease and Simon Fisher fired one chance into the net after Andros Andreas had seen his effort well saved. The referee appeared to give the goal and then changed his mind after seeing the linesman's flag go up, presumably for an offside. The scores remained level at the end to give the Lantoom Park outfit a well deserved place in this year's final against Callington. Every player gave their all and deserved the spoils on the day although Biscovey gave it their best shot but couldn't break down the resolute defence.
Johnny Niblett was the Man of the Match and is improving with every game after a lengthy spell of illness earlier in the season. The team were sponsored by Jefferys Estate Agents.
