Goals galore at Killigarth as Polperro's reserve side provided another entertaining spectacle for their loyal band of regular Division Four East supporters.

Jordan Whaley slotted home Polperro's first after five minutes with Darren Wooley replying almost immediately. Del Palfrey beavered away in midfield as always and was rewarded with two finely-taken goals to give the home side the upper hand.

Palfrey's enthusiasm got the better of him with a mis-timed tackle, providing Callington's Simon Ferris with a long-range free kick which Shane Eastley completely misjudged in the Polperro goal. Within minutes Eastley had made amends with a brilliant penalty save and then Matt King netted to give Polperro a 4-2 lead at half-time.

The action continued straight from the re-start with Ferris getting his second before Polperro had got into their stride. Once in full flow again they extended their lead with two goals from Andy Garner and a second from King. Keiron Ruck completed the afternoon's entertainment taking the final score to 7-4.
