Callington's youngsters cup run came to an end with this defeat but it was no disgrace. St Columb drove forward at every opportunity and Wooley and Foster did well to keep the forwards at bay.

Callington scored first and hopes were raised. However when St Columb drew level early in the second half, Callington, without their suspended striker, faced an uphill task and when St Columb went ahead, Callington had just missed a one on one. It meant Callington had to score two more goals but it proved too much and it is now back to league and more experience for their promising youngsters.
