Surprisingly both leading teams St Dominic A and Menheniot A lost this week. St Dominic went down 2-1 to Menheniot B, John Randle and Derek White who had the highest break of the week a 73 unfinished being the home sides winners.
Looe SC beat Menheniot A 2-1 with Colin Pote and George Pengelly being their winners. League secretary Darren Hunn had three breaks in beating league chairman Dave Snell and snooker maestro Tony Farrant also won his first ever competitive game of billiards. Downderry had a fine 3-0 victory over visiting St Neot.
