This week’s Cornish Times recipe of the week is for Pigfiteroles in Mud and comes from former Bake Off TV show contestant Kim-Joy.
She features the little piggies – a clever variation on profiteroles – in her new book entitled ‘Baking With Kim-Joy: Cute And Creative Bakes To Make You Smile’ and says of them: ‘The are so quick and actually so simple to make, and they taste like chocolate and strawberry dreams in a pig chop parcel.’
