POLICE are warning that the A374 road to Torpoint is currently closed, with diversions in place, following a serious road traffic accident at Antony.

There are further reports that two bikers have been injured in the crash and that it occurred close to the Carew Arms pub, at the main road’s junction with the B3247.

Paramedics are reported to be at the scene.

With the A374 blocked and traffic moving slowly, police have put out the request: ’Please be respectful as we assist those involved.’
