A sweet and tasty treat to serve at your coffee morning

This week’s Cornish Times recipe of the week is specially for the charity Macmillan Cancer Support’s fundraising World’s Biggest Coffee Morning next Friday (September 27).

The recipe, which has been provided by Macmillan, is for Coffee, Walnut and Cardamom Cake and requires just 40 minutes of preparation time and then a cooking time of 30 minutes, with the delicious finished cake serving eight people.
