This week’s Cornish Times recipe is for Chiang Mai Curried Noodles and comes from food writer Kay Plunkett-Hogge, who was born in Thailand.

She features it in her new book, Baan: Recipes And Stories From My Thai Home, and says: ‘This may be one of my most beloved examples of Thai home cooking. It’s my Dad’s recipe, and kow soi was his favourite dish.’
