A man has died following an incident in Liskeard Town Centre during the early hours of this morning.

It followed a disturbance at around 0145hrs. The man, who is believed to be in his early 20s, was taken to Derriford Hospital where he died from injuries.

At this time no formal identification has taken place, but the family of the man are aware of the incident. Anyone with information on this matter is asked to contact 101 and quote log 265 260120.
