AFTER a two-week induction and a joint training session with Looe Lifeboats, South East Cornwall’s lifeguarding team are ready for the peak season along the coast.
From this weekend, Tregonhawke, Sharrow and Tregantle beaches in Whitsand Bay along with Seaton Beach will all be patrolled between 10am – 6pm daily until September.
Weekend patrols begin at Freathy in Whitsand Bay on July 24 and will run through to September 5.
