A FUEL spillage on the A390 in Lostwithiel caused traffic problems during Tuesday’s rush hour. Drivers were advised to take extra care in the area.

There were problems caused by hail showers on the A30 yesterday morning and afternoon.

Police, paramedics and fire and rescue teams from Bodmin and Launceston attended several collisions on the A30 at Bolventor on both carriageways due to bad weather conditions in the morning.

The 999 personnel worked together to make the vehicles safe and move them to safety.

Warnings were issued about hail on the A30 in the Mitchell area yesterday afternoon.
