Four vehicles were involved in a collision in the early hours of this morning.

Paramedics and firefighters were at the scene in Tavistock Road, Launceston, shortly after 1am.

There were initial reports that people were trapped in one of the vehicles, but they managed to extricate themselves. Ambulance crews treated the injured while two crews from Launceston Community Fire Station made the vehicles safe.
