LISKEARD’S firefighters are supporting national Dementia Action Week with an event at the community station.

Crew members will be giving out information relating to dementia, and a professional will be on hand to answer questions or concerns that people may have about themselves or a relative.

Cakes and refreshments will be offered at the event, which is set to take place on Wednesday (May 23) between 10am and midday.
