A vehicle was seized and impounded after its owner was found driving with no insurance, no MOT and no licence.
The car had not had a valid MOT for three years, said a spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police.
Officers who stopped the car on the outskirts of Liskeard said that the vehicle has now been scrapped.
