Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a collision near Launceston.

Just after 1am on Sunday, June 19, police were notified of a four-vehicle collision on Tavistock Road.

A Peugeot 106 driven by a 21-year-old local man collided with a parked, unattended Renault. This collision pushed the Renault into two further parked, unattended vehicles.

The driver suffered a head and facial injury and his male passenger suffered a serious leg injury which is described as life-changing. Both were taken to Derriford Hospital for treatment.

Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Team are appealing for witnesses to this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log 65 of 19/06/2016 or email [email protected]
