DOZENS of runners from East Cornwall completed the Treggy 7 in Launceston on Sunday, September 6.

The race is event 12 of the 2026 Cornwall Grand Prix Race Series with nearly 400 runners taking part.

Saltash-based Tamar Trotters saw take second in the female team event, while seven members finished in the top three in their respective age groups.

Looe Pioneers’Joanne Robinson finished as third lady overall and took the F50-54 crown, while Mark Deacon and Paul Wright were second in their respective age groups.

East Cornwall Harriers’ Simon Webber’s time of 1:00:27 was enough to secure victory in the M70-74 section, while the only other Harrier to run was Julia Evans (1:10:05).
