CALLINGTON Social Club's Andy Ridgeman battled back from three frames behind to beat Breage's Roy Good in the final of the Over-45s Handicap Snooker competition.

Meanwhile, Jake Stewart (Penponds) became the Under-21 Snooker Champion after a 4-1 victory over Chris Kendall (St Blazey AFC).

The final of this year's Cornwall Individual Snooker Championship should provide an exciting contest between Kevin Steed (St Cleer Liberal Club) and Steve Downing (St Rumons).

Five-times champion Steed defeated Andrew Best in the semi-finals, while Downing is one of only three players to win both the individual Snooker and Billiards crowns.
