The Sunday Medal in October was won by Karen Cook with a score of 89-18-71 followed by Sue Wenmouth with 83-10-73. Third place went to Sam Peach who scored 88-13-75.

A big field was out in force to try to get their name on the final trophy of the golfing year just ahead of the annual presentation evening. This competition was closely fought but the winner of the Founder Cup was Pauline Windscheffle, her score of 87-16-71 just edging out Jean Dransfield on countback. Jean's score was 100-29-71 but Pauline had the better back nine. Karen Cook was third with 90-18-72.
