LISKEARD Badminton Club are inviting new members to join them

for training at their Lux Park home.

Sessions take place on Mondays, from 7.30-9.30 pm, and all are welcome to attend, whether they are experienced in the sport or less experienced and wish to get up to speed.

Members enjoy the competitive side of the game as well, and play matches in the Mid-Cornwall Badminton League on a regular basis.

At Christmas, Liskeard held their annual mixed tournament, with players entering into the spirit by dressing in red and white.

The competition was won by Kelvin Buckley and Christine Smith, whose victory was well deserved.
