County Scratch Gammon Knockout Semi-Final

Launceston Ladies Gammon team triumphed against St Enodoc in the semi-finals represented by Jan Harrison (captain), Wendy Briggs, Carole Hutchinson, Cath Hopkins, Wendy Collins, Liz Hicks and Bridget Christophers.

The pressure was on to go through to the final round and the supporters from Launceston and Newquay were out to support their teams, which was much appreciated by the players. To the delight of Jan Harrison, her team came out on top to win the match 5-2. This takes the ladies through to the final for the first time.

They meet Truro at Trevose in the final on September 13.
