If you haven’t watched a video clip of Matty Kennedy’s superb equalising goal in Argyle’s 1-1 draw at Hartelpool United I’d strongly suggest you try to access it, writes Ross Reid.

Kennedy swept in from the left, aided by a sublime step-over, before sending a superb curling corker into the top corner, high and wide of outstretched young Pools keeper Joe Fryer.

An undisputed cracker and by far the best of his three-in-three goals so far for Derek Adams’ promotion-chasing Greens.

Kennedy’s inclusion has undoubtedly lifted Argyle and it’s all thanks to East Cornwall-based Neil Warnock, now manager at Cardiff City, loaning the speedy Scottish winger to Argyle at a pivotal time of the season.

With 15 games remaining Argyle are literally in the famed ‘final third’ and we all know how important it is to deliver at that end of the pitch.

This Saturday, as last, Argyle are away. Tomorrow it’s at promotion rivals Luton Town, who start the day fourth and drew 1-1 at leaders Doncaster Rovers last week.

Playing the Hatters, home or away, is always a test for Argyle. Tomorrow will be no different.

So how will you track tomorrow’s game?

Following the Pilgrims’ progress is not always about being at a match. Sometimes it involves trying to get an internet connection and track how the team are doing on the official @Only1Argyle twitter account. Last count 72,000 of us were in that boat.

I must admit I am rather old school when it comes to following Argyle on away days and – for me – nothing quite beats tuning into the radio on a match day.

The beauty of following a match via a radio is that I can listen at home, at work or on the move in the car or even – although something of a rarity these days – by wireless at another sports match. Thankfully Argyle start a run of three home games in a row following tomorrow’s match. Personally I can’t wait to be behind the press bench… the best way to watch football is being at a game.
