THE under-16 boys and girls football teams at saltash.net Community School celebrated success in the Cornwall County Cup finals.

They were held at Pool and the opponents for both Saltash teams were Richard Lander School from Truro.

The girls' match kicked off first and saw the strong Saltash side secure a very comfortable 10-1 victory.

Goalscorers were Emily Hollister (5), Kirsten Procter, Shannon Reed, Siobhan Ellyatt, Ellie Mansfield and Briony Hine.

The boys' final was a tougher challenge.
