Callington Town moved up to fifth place following this victory over the League leaders, who unfortunately had to play the whole of the game with eight players.

To the visitors' credit, though, they played the game well and made their hosts work hard for the points.

The opening goal came after 15 minutes when Kayleigh Dawe fired a low cross into the box, and full-back Corrie McDonald reacted quickest to pounce and score from close range.

The home side doubled their lead ten minutes later when winger Kate Lewis crossed for Kate Bourn to fire the ball home from inside the penalty area.
