As part of Bodmin Moor Poetry Festival, Brian Oldham will lead a walk that combines history and poetry, the latter provided by students from Falmouth University.

It will start about 10.45am on May 26 from Cheesewring Farm, on the Minions to Henwood road, parking on site, and return by 12.45pm.

Sites visited will include Cheesewring Quarry, Rillaton Barrow and the Prince of Wales mine buildings.

This free event is open to the public.
