LISKEARD travelled to Redruth for the second time in a week, this time to meet Connect's second string.
Following their defeat to the club's first team, the Tigers needed the five points against a side chasing their first win of the campaign.
Connect came out strong and soon went a few goals ahead, but the visitors stayed on their heels and only trailed by two at the quarter break.
