CLASSIC musicals, War Horse author Michael Morpurgo and a highly-acclaimed show by Cornish company Kneehigh all feature in the Autumn programme at Hall For Cornwall.

The West End musical Grease, starring Tom Parker from top UK boy band The Wanted, returns, physical theatre company Gecko showcase their latest creation, The Wedding, and Michael Morpurgo’s King Arthur gallops into town with an heroic retelling of the legendary tale using physical theatre, puppetry and adventure.

The 2017/18 International Concert Series launches the season, with a series of performances featuring a variety of artists from Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra to Britain’s best-known soprano, Lesley Garrett CBE, who will perform a selection of opera and musical favourites.

The multi award-winning and internationally acclaimed Cornish company Kneehigh arrive at HFC in November, with The Tin Drum, a folktale based on the novel by Gunter Grass, before the Christmas show, Sleeping Beauty, opens in December starring Kernow King.
