I WOULD like to thank all those concerned with the erection, purchase, cost and insuring of our Christmas lights in Torpoint this year. After such a difficult time for Torpoint recently with the ferry upheaval it was a welcome lift to see the lights in place albeit slightly later than normal this year. We appreciate the difficulty the organisers have had implementing the lights this year and have greatly welcomed the cheeriness of the display. What a dark uninteresting place Torpoint would be without their input. May I also take this opportunity to wish all those living on the Rame Peninsula a Happy Christmas and a healthy New Year.
