During the period of 22nd September to 3rd October, five of the best known surfing spots will come alive with surf contests, parties and live music.
The true spirit of 60's surfing will be captured in an epic tour around our shores, hunting out young talent and searching for the ultimate classic wave. Returning to the roots of surfing, the Red Bull Surf Safari, celebrates the origins of surfing and entices the rising generation of young surfers to enjoy the original, 'surf by day, beach parties by night' surf culture.
Surfers can join the 'Safari' at any point and if they wish, go on to the next venue. So why not jump on the bus and travel up through Ireland then across to Newcastle, on to the Western shores of Wales southward to Constantine Bay in Cornwall! The tour visits Constantine Bay on Friday October 1st and Saturday October 2nd.c
