A MAN from St Austell has been has been charged with drug supply and driving offences following three separate incidents earlier this year.
Marc Jackson, 47, faces eight drug supply charges and three driving offences after incidents that took place between May and September.
After appearing in court on Thursday, October 1, Marc was remanded into custody. He is due to appear before Truro Magistrates’ Court via video link next month in relation to his driving offences.
Police have not yet given a date for the hearing that relates to the eight drug supply charges, which have now been referred to Truro Crown Court for further proceedings.
A St Austell Police spokesperson said: “Marc Jackson, aged 47 years old, of no fixed abode [St Austell], has been charged with eight drug supply offences and three driving offences following three incidents in Cornwall between May and September 2026.
“He appeared before Cornwall Magistrates' Court on October 1, where he was remanded into custody. Jackson is due to appear before Truro Magistrates' Court via video link on November 10 in relation to the driving offences.
