A Tamar Valley road could be closed for up to six months while work to repair a retaining wall is carried out. The minor road between Rivendell Bartletts and Pitt Meadow, near St Dominick (part of a route connecting Cotehele Mill and Harrowbarrow), will be closed for 24 hours a day, including weekends, from Monday (October 31) with no access for emergency vehicles. Diversions will be in place, says Cornwall Council’s Highways Department.
