A coffee morning for the Rame Peninsula Beach Care Group (RPBC) has brought in almost £1,200.

Representatives of HSBC Bank attended the event at the Kingsand Institute to let volunteers know that the bank would double the £597 raised through the sale of cakes and a raffle.

‘Huge thanks to everybody who came and supported our coffee morning,’ said RPBC’s Claire Wallerstein. ‘Every penny will be put to very good use!’
