Wilcove moved a step closer to the league title with a close 5-4 win over stablemates Hotshots. All square after the singles with K Tullett, R Pender and B Sampson winning for the Warriors with J Sampson, P Argrave and C Deacon replying. Warriors took the last two doubles and the match 5-4.
Mark of Friendship look on course for second place after an 8-1 home win over the Kings A. A Triggs, D Dillon, A Walker, A Kidd, R Perrens and J West went right through the singles card. Mark then took the first two doubles for victory. Kings A's only point coming in the last doubles through S McCann and M Anastasou.
Carbeile B were at home to the C side this week and it was the Carbeile C that came out 6-3 victors. S Foster, L Medlin and B Keegan won for Carbeile C while K Scott, A Hall and C Gosselin replied for the B. Carbeile C then took all the singles for a 6-3 win. 200 Club A went 4-2 ahead at home to 200 B through T Endean, C Allsop, D Notman and R Rice, P Ford and M Lee replying for 200 B. 200 Club A took all three doubles for a 7-2 win.
King Pins came out 9-0 victors at home to the Millbrook FC. Their winners were K Harris, J Hughes, W Cooper, M Lyon, N A Miller and M Webb. King Pins won all the three doubles and the match 9-0, W Cooper recording an eight ball in his single for the King Pins.
Wheelers B came through at home this week with a 5-4 win over the Mosquito SC. P Jones, G Nichols and A Waters winning for the Wheelers B with R Goddard, Mick Miller and D Minors replying for Mosquito SC. Mosquito SC went 4-3 ahead with the first doubles win only to lose the last two doubles and the match by 5-4. Wheelers B move up to seventh in the league after this win.
