Cornwall Council is launching a listening project to hear residents’ views on a wide range of issues from climate change to economic growth.

’The Cornwall We Want’ will be launched on March 23 at Falmouth University. Its aim is to gather opinions and ideas from people across Cornwall, across all ages and backgrounds, to help set goals for 2050 which will unite the county.

The launch event will begin with a debate featuring Cornwall Council leader Julian German and deputy leader Adam Paynter. They will be inviting views from a live studio audience and offering their own thoughts on the future of the county.

To take part in the event visit cornwall.gov.uk/thecornwallwewant and answer a couple of questions. It will be streamed live on Facebook using the hashtag #TheCornwallWeWant.
