A total of 36 new homes, planned to be affordable for local people, are being built at a site in Saltash.

Social housing provider Westward, in partnership with Cornwall Council and the Homes and Community Agency (HCA), is building the homes.

The scheme includes a mix of one-bedroom flats and two- and three-bedroom family houses for affordable rent and shared ownership.
