LISKEARD Town Council has given its backing to a plan to create new housing in the town centre.
Owner of Taylors Motors Robert Libby hopes to transform a large building on the Barn Street site into six flats, and build four further houses close by.
An access road and parking are also part of the scheme.

The Taylors Motors business and associated workshops would be unaffected by the plan, which would represent the opportunity to reuse brownfield land for much-needed housing, says the applicant’s agent.
