HOLIDAY chalets near Liskeard are set to be used for permanent accommodation for people in social care.

The 12 chalets at Butterdon Mill, Merrymeet will become supported living homes for people with learning disabilities or mental health issues.

A change of use from seasonal to year-round occupation has been approved by Cornwall Council.
