Commuters faced long queues for the Torpoint Ferries on Tuesday after two ferries were taken out of action due to separate 'technical issues'.
Many people were kept waiting for more than an hour at peak times due to the single ferry service.
Manager David List said that the ferries have had 'one of the worst weeks of service in years.'
